About Liv Natural

Welcome!

Liv Natural was born out of a desire to spread awareness around plant-based eating, sustainable living, and avoiding toxic products in our day-to-day lives.

When I’m not writing content for Liv Natural, you can find me hiking or walking my dog, reading, working out, cooking plant-based meals, or doing a puzzle (hello to my fellow NYT crossword addicts). I also volunteer at a local wildlife alliance, caring for sick and injured animals and creating educational messaging around conservation efforts and peaceful coexistence with wildlife.

Over the past six years, I have been on a journey to better health through plant-based, whole-food eating, natural skincare and beauty products, fitness, and general wellness practices such as meditation. Since then, it’s been a goal of mine to share what I’ve learned along the way, and to encourage others to try the things that have helped me live a more ethical, sustainable, and healthy lifestyle.
